Send Glory Path

Open Alliance Info, tap the Glory Path stars, select Cross-State Castle Battle, and keep the alliance name plus every visible Friendly / Enemy / Result / Time row on screen.

The server stores the image privately, reads all visible rows, and asks you to confirm the complete list. You cannot edit OCR values; upload a clearer screenshot if something is wrong.

Send from a season page

Open the matching SvS season and send the Phase Total Point Comparison screenshot there, so the server has an explicit season context.

Privacy

Images are evidence, not public media

Screenshot metadata is removed. Originals and evidence crops are outside the public static directory and are accessible only to the submitting browser or account and site administrators.

After a successful contribution, normalized originals are kept for up to 30 days and the focused evidence crop for up to 180 days. Rejected, failed, hidden, and expired images are removed after 7 days; hashes and audit metadata remain for abuse prevention and provenance.

Choose the contribution method that fits

Send screenshots

The quickest path. Use the Glory form above or the button on an SvS season. Server OCR validates structure and arithmetic before you confirm.

Become a state curator

Ask a site owner for state-scoped access if you can maintain player names, alliance membership, power, kills, and disputed evidence. Manual corrections are recorded in the audit history.

Use WOS Overlay

Read a screen you opened yourself in OCR-only mode, or explicitly enable guarded game clicks for larger scans. The second mode is more convenient and higher-volume, but carries account risk.

Link your character

A verified game character connects your Discord account to public recognition and lets state-scoped contributor status appear beside that character in leaderboards.

WOS Overlay: safe reading vs automated clicks

Default

OCR-only

You navigate in Whiteout Survival yourself. The overlay captures the visible screen, reads it locally, and sends structured results. It does not press or drag inside the game.

Account risk

Allow game clicks

This enables guarded clicks and drags for navigation and larger scans. Automation may violate Whiteout Survival or Century Games rules and can lead to suspension or a permanent ban. WOS Observer cannot make this mode safe.

The overlay keeps this unchecked on every launch and shows the warning again before enabling it.

Discord + game character

How character linking works

Sign in with Discord and enter the exact character game ID, name, and state.
The site shows a one-time verification token. Copy it immediately; the plaintext token is not stored.
Send that token by direct in-game message from the exact character you claimed.
A verifier opens the message sender profile and matches its copied game ID before approving the link.

Verifier location has not been published yet. Create the request only when an owner has told you where to send the token.

Recognition

Contributor badges follow verified characters

When a verified character has active contributor access for its own state, the Contributor badge can appear beside that character on player, event, state, alliance, and leaderboard views. The badge is recognition; permissions remain state-scoped.
